1 cup assorted sesame seeds, toasted
3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup tahini
2 eggs
3 cups plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chopped white chocolate
Preheat oven to 350, line baking trays
Cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla, tahini, eggs and continue to beat until fluffy
Mix baking powder and soda and salt into flour, stir into wet ingredients
Mix in chocolate and seeds
Divide into 20 balls
Bake 3 inches apart on baking trays for abut 12-14 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy
